We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive support throughout the entire estate planning process from the initial consultation through completion. Many estate planning attorneys create estate plans and then require their clients to fund their trusts themselves (i.e. require their clients to personally change the title of all of their assets to fund the trust). For those new to the estate planning process, this can be overwhelming and burdensome.  Conversely, we will complete this entire funding process for you. We will guide you through the entire process so when your estate plan is completed, you can leave with peace of mind knowing that every “i” has been dotted and every “t” has been crossed.

Educating our clients.

Over the last 30 years, we have also realized that educating our clients is critical to the estate planning process. Your estate plan and the documents it will consist of, will be some of the most important documents in your life. We want you to leave our office, not only with a plan, but with a plan that you truly understand. This is your family’s plan and we will spend the time explaining every detail so that you truly understand and feel comfortable with your plan.
